We are a consultancy business specialising in understanding human behaviour, to develop individuals, teams and organisations to be the best that they can be.
We struggled to find a good consultant that understood the impact of behaviour as well as focusing on business results.
So, we took on the challenge.

We are a consultancy business specialising in understanding human behaviour to develop individuals, teams and organisations to be the best that they can be to deliver results. We make sure that they do all of this whilst remaining true to their values and identity.
We are passionate that having even a little knowledge on human behaviour can improve performance and happiness at work. As long as we share that knowledge in a way that keeps it simple, engaging, practical and ‘ahead of the field’, this provides individuals with key skills they need to succeed.
Our work is based on over 30 years’ experience of improving performance through the science of people. Our company is now in its 17th year, and has a diverse range of public, private & charity clients.

Business Founder
Alison is an experienced business director, who has held senior positions in both Operations and People Services. She has over 30 years' experience in individual, team and organisation development working in, or with, large and medium complex organisations.
She is passionate about her own growth and development, continually learning and applying this to products and services for the benefit of clients
She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Accredited Professional Coach and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is supported by associates with a range of experience in business psychology, people services and operations.
